Buy back 10 hours a week. In 1 day.
We come to you, and we put an AI employee to work inside your business. Not a chatbot on your website. A team member that lives in your team chat, uses the systems you already pay for, and turns up on schedule without being asked.

Claim your placeYou are not short on ideas. You are short on hours.
Quotes to follow up. Reports nobody has time to pull. The same five emails, written again. Every week the admin grows and the work you actually get paid for waits.
Move the sliders to see what your own repeat work is costing you.
Most businesses know AI could help. Very few get it working.
The blank page
You open the tool, and you have no idea what to ask it to do first. So it stays a novelty instead of a job.
The trust gap
You will not hand over client work to something you cannot see, cannot correct, and cannot hold to a standard.
The last mile
The clever answer is easy. Getting it wired into your CRM, inbox, calendar and reporting is the part that never gets done.
4 hours on site. One AI employee working when we finish.
No workshop, no slide deck, no homework. We build it in your business, with your data, on your systems.
Find the hours
We walk your week and list every task that repeats. We pick the three that give back the most time for the least risk.
Give it a desk and a set of keys
Your AI employee is set up in your team chat and connected to the systems that matter, with permissions and guardrails you decide.
Put it to work
We build the first jobs live, using your real data, and correct them together until the output is something you would send to a client.
Hand it to your team
Your people brief it themselves while we watch. We set the scheduled jobs so it turns up on Monday without being asked.
Two follow up calls, one hour each
We review what it produced, fix what drifted, and add the next job now that your team knows what to ask for.
It is not a chatbot. It is a hire.
It works inside your team chat
You ask for work the same way you ask a staff member, and the answer comes back where the rest of your team can see it.
It plugs into more than 3,200 systems
Your CRM, inbox, calendar, sheets, ads, accounting and site. It uses them the way you already do.
It remembers how your business works
Your pricing, your tone, your clients, your process. Taught once, applied every time after that.
It turns up without being asked
Monday reports, quote chasers, review requests, stock and uptime checks. Scheduled, then delivered.
It asks permission where it should
Anything client facing waits for a yes from you. You decide what it can do alone and what needs a human.
It builds real things
Proposals, spreadsheets, reports, image assets and small internal dashboards your team can actually open and use.
- Owner led businesses with a team, doing the work and the admin
- Anyone losing a day a week to jobs that repeat every week
- Businesses already paying for a CRM, an inbox and a few tools that do not talk to each other
- Owners who want to stop reading about AI and get something running
- Anyone hoping to replace their staff. This gives your staff their week back
- Businesses with no repeatable process to hand over yet
- Anyone wanting a magic button with nobody at the wheel
What it looks like once it is in
Certified AI Implementer
Angie is formally certified to implement AI inside operating businesses, not just to talk about it.
ClickUp Certified Service Provider
One of a small number of certified providers in Australia, building managed systems for growing businesses.
I was spending far too much time on repetitive admin, chasing things up, checking emails and pulling information together. The AI employee that Angie has installed now handles a lot of that information. It monitors, summarises, follows up and gives me what I need without me having to go looking for it. It’s easily saving me five or six hours a week, probably more, and more importantly it frees me up to focus on clients and growing the business. If you’re sitting on the fence, I’d say stop thinking about AI as another piece of software and get someone to actually build it around the way your business works.
Before this, my week was full of jobs that only I could do: pulling client ad numbers into spreadsheets, chasing leads through GHL, writing the same client update email every Monday, and building landing pages and social posts by hand. Now my AI employee does the weekly client reporting end to end, logs every lead with its quote value, drafts the client emails for me to approve, writes and schedules social content, and audits ad accounts for waste before I even look. Realistically it gives me back a full day a week, and it does work I used to either outsource or quietly not do at all. If you’re on the fence, the tools alone won’t do it, what you’re buying is someone showing you how to set it up properly, so just book the day.
Before this, I was spending way too much time on repetitive, mundane tasks, jumping between emails, ClickUp, projects and files, with information scattered everywhere. Now my AI employee acts like a virtual assistant and quasi project manager, helping me keep projects moving, reminding me of the next action when something stalls, and processing and summarising large amounts of information so I don’t have to spend hours reading through it all. It’s giving me back tens of hours and potentially tens of thousands of dollars over the course of a year. If you’re on the fence, I’d say just talk to Angie and let her show you what it can actually do. She’s not pushy or there to force a sale, she genuinely wants to help you be successful, and you won’t really understand the possibilities until you see it in action.

Before you book
What does it cost to run after the day?
A modest monthly software subscription, in the range of a phone plan rather than a salary. We show you the exact figure on the day before anything is switched on.
Is my data safe?
Your AI employee only sees the systems you connect, with the permissions you set. Anything client facing waits for your approval, and you can revoke access at any time.
Will this replace my staff?
No. It takes the repeating work off them so they can do the work you hired them for. Every business we have done this in kept its team.
Is 4 hours really enough?
Yes, because we do not try to automate everything. We put 3 jobs into production properly, then use the 2 follow up calls to add more once your team is confident.
Do I need anything ready before you arrive?
Your account needs to be live before the day so we spend the 4 hours building, not signing up. We send you a short setup list when you book.
What if my team will not use it?
That is why hour four exists. Your people brief it themselves, with us in the room, before we leave.
10 hours a week, back. Starting 1 day this month.
