Why is usage not just included in the plan?
Texts, calls, emails and AI are billed per message and per minute by carriers and AI providers. Bundling them would mean charging every business for the heaviest user's habits. Pay as you go keeps a quiet month quiet.
How does the wallet work?
Your account holds a small prepaid wallet. Usage is deducted as it happens and the wallet tops itself up automatically when it runs low. The balance does not expire.
What happens if the wallet runs dry?
Texts, emails and AI replies stop going out until it tops up. Before a campaign or a database reactivation, lift your auto-recharge amount.
Do these rates ever change?
Carrier, email and AI rates are set by third parties and can move. We update this page and tell you before anything material changes.
Is anything a one-off cost?
Australian business texting needs a one-off sender registration before high-volume SMS. We handle the paperwork and add the one-off fee to your first invoice.
