The Digital Strategy & Transformation System is a 12 month growth strategy, based on quick wins and a solid growth path. 30 Day Cancellation policy applies, but the system will reach full potential and delivery maximum results at 12 months.

Pausing Campaigns
We understand the need to pause campaigns to make changes to your sales process. We can
pause the campaigns at any time, however we cannot pause the monthly management fee. The
monthly management fee holds your spot in our limited client roster. This is a 12 month program.
Refunds
There are no refunds of the set-up month fee or the monthly management fee. Ad spend is paid
directly to Facebook and Google as and when we launch a campaign for LeadKlozer.
Cancellation
To cancel after the initial 12 months, you must submit a cancellation notification 30 days prior to your
next billing date. Please email me at [email protected] with your written notification.
Guarantee
We cannot guarantee sales or opt-ins from any traffic source however we have a proven track
record . We will ALWAYS strive to significantly increase your conversions and profits.
We know that our reputation rests solely on our ability to deliver and or convert leads to our clients
and if for any reason didn’t think we couldn’t produce the types of results you’ve seen us produce for
other clients we just simply wouldn’t agree to work with you.

THIS AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), is entered into on the day the first instalment is paid by “The Client” (As per the Thrive Cart form (https://sales.purplecow.digital/digital-transformation-system-lk/) and between PurpleCow Digital Marketing, with address of 59 Turner Street, Scarborough, QLD 4020. The Client and PurpleCow Digital Marketing agree as follows:

  1. The information, client details, company information, intellectual property of both parties shall remain
    confidential at all times, both during the agreement and after the agreement is terminated.
  2. The Client acknowledges all strategies introduced by PurpleCow Digital Marketing are the Intellectual Property of PurpleCow Digital Marketing and can only be used under this agreement, otherwise an exit-fee is payable to
    PurpleCow Digital Marketing of the equivalent of 12 months fee.
  3. At the completion of the 12 months, this agreement will revert to a month to month agreement and
    either party may terminate the agreement by providing 30 days written notice. This agreement shall
    not be terminated should the Client sell the company or change owners.
  4. The Client will provide regular updates to PurpleCow Digital Marketing of sales and conversions.
  5. PurpleCow Digital Marketing may, from time to time, audit the results, survey the clients and enquiries and/or
    other activities as required.
  6. Additional Services. All services outside the scope of this Agreement that are requested by the Client
    and which PurpleCow Digital Marketing agrees to perform will be billed at a rate of $77 per hour. Client will be
    notified and must approve in writing (e-mail is sufficient) additional services before they will be
    performed, although PurpleCow Digital Marketing may not necessarily be able to inform Client in advance of the total cost of such additional services. Client will also be given the opportunity to purchase additional
    services at package rates, when deemed appropriate by PurpleCow Digital Marketing.
  7. Limitation of Liability. PurpleCow Digital Marketing shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, indirect
    or special damages, or for any loss of profits or business interruptions caused or alleged to have
    been caused by the performance or non-performance of the Services. Client agrees that, in the event
    PurpleCow Digital Marketing is determined to be liable for any such loss, Client’s sole remedy against PurpleCow Digital Marketing is limited to a refund of payments made by Client for said Services, less expenses paid to subcontractors or to third parties, eg software. PurpleCow Digital Marketing is not responsible for errors which result from faulty or incomplete information supplied to PurpleCow Digital Marketing by Client. Client also agrees to not seek damages in excess of the contractually agreed upon limitations directly or indirectly through suits by or against other parties. PurpleCow Digital Marketing shall not be liable to Client for any costs, damages or delays due to causes beyond its control, expressly including without limitation, unknown site
    characteristics; changes in policies, changes in terms of services, or termination by social media
    sites including without limitation Facebook; and viruses.
  8. Termination of Client Account by Facebook. It is possible that Facebook may terminate Client’s
    advertising account due to noncompliance, whether due to a change in Facebook’s terms and
    conditions or due to use of or activity associated with Client’s advertising account, by Client or at
    Client’s direction, that is noncompliant with Facebook’s terms and conditions. Client understands that
    Facebook by their terms of service can arbitrarily terminate an ads account without giving a specific
    reason. Client agrees to hold PurpleCow Digital Marketing harmless in the event of Client’s ad account being
    terminated. In the event this happens, Client agrees to attempt to re-activate the account or to set up
    a new Facebook advertising account, to allow PurpleCow Digital Marketing to continue its work under this
    Agreement, and PurpleCow Digital Marketing agrees to cooperate and assist to the best of its ability in getting
    such account reactivated or a new account set up, but PurpleCow Digital Marketing provides no guarantees that such efforts will be successful. If Client is not able to get its Facebook advertising account
    reactivated or a new account set up, or chooses not to do so, Client indemnifies PurpleCow Digital Marketing and holds PurpleCow Digital Marketing harmless for any losses Client may suffer as a result.
    Acceptance:
    By agreeing and submitting the first instalment you agree to a monthly service plan with a 12 month
    minimum commitment. You’ll provide credit card details for the initial setup payment and then be
    charged the monthly payment every 30 days after that. Our start date to commence on the date of
    initial payment. The monthly payment is due on commencement of the agreement and will be
    charged monthly in advance.
    Credit Card Recurring Payment Authorisation Form for Facebook Management Set-up and Monthly Invoice, Facebook Ad Spend (All platform fees are covered in the set up and monthly payment). Your Monthly Fee paid directly to PurpleCow Digital Marketing will be by way of Stripe or PayPal via the Thrive Cart checkout.
